My fitness journey began back in middle school when I joined the football team. I quickly discovered how much I enjoyed training—not just for performance, but for the way it made me feel physically and mentally. Over the years, I stayed active through a wide range of sports, constantly learning and refining proper form, technique, and training methods.
When I became a father, my motivation deepened. I wanted to be strong and energetic for my kids—not just to keep up with them, but to thrive alongside them. Being fit isn’t just about looking a certain way—it’s about living fully, enjoying movement, and having the strength and energy to meet life’s demands.

I work with you to build a healthy, sustainable way of eating by focusing on simple additions and subtractions, understanding how food fuels the body, and learning how to make smart choices even when life gets tough.
