4 hours: $250

Looking for a comprehensive fitness experience that covers every step of your journey? The Complete Fitness Package includes everything you need to get started, stay motivated, and see real progress.

We’ll begin with a detailed Fitness Assessment & Goal Setting session to evaluate your movement, posture, endurance, and overall readiness. From there, I’ll design a fully customized Personal Training Program tailored to your specific goals—whether it's strength building, fat loss, increased mobility, or overall wellness.

You’ll also receive Weekly or Monthly Coaching & Progress Tracking, which ensures your workouts stay aligned with your growth. We’ll make adjustments based on how your body responds, celebrate milestones, and overcome challenges together.

This package is ideal for anyone who wants expert guidance, a personalized plan, and consistent support—all in one place.

  • 4 Hrs of In-Person or Virtual Workout Design/Coaching

Ongoing Workout Design, Coaching, and Progress Tracking

45 minutes: $50

Stay on track and achieve your goals with customized workout designs for each week. or monthly coaching sessions. These check-ins ensure your program is continuously evolving to challenge your body, address any obstacles, and maintain motivation. I’ll guide you through each workout movement, monitor your progress, and make adjustments based on your performance. With consistent support and accountability, you’ll stay focused and reach your fitness goals faster. You can choose either in-person or a video call.
